TupeloWilliam Robert Romito, 87, died Saturday, August 22, 2015 at his home. He was born January 5, 1928 to Leopold and Palma Romito in Ravenna, Ohio. He had lived in the Lee County area for over 50 years and was the owner of RD Seating. William was a licensed pilot and he enjoyed flying. He had served in the National Guard and was a member of St. James Catholic Church.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm Tuesday at Lee Memorial Park with Father Lincoln Dall officiating. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Eileen Romito of Tupelo; 5 children, Alison McCoy of Tupelo, Timothy Romito (Tawnya) of Tupelo, Matthew Romito (Rhonda) of Alabama, Kathy Romito of Kentucky and Aaron Romito (Kelly) of Olive Branch; a brother, Walter Romito (Dolly) of Ohio and a sister, Patricia Farina (Joe) of Nevada; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Anna McCoy.
