Obituary

Wren--Wand Ford, 80, died Monday, July 11, 2011, at Golden Living Center in Amory after a lengthy illness. She was born November 27, 1930, in Alabama to Will and Daisy Bolen. She was a member of Central Grove Baptist Church. She was an accomplished seamstress, working in the furniture industry for several companies including Action and PeopleLounger. She was a homemaker and loved her animals and sewing.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dennis Smithey officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond Ford of Wren; two daughters, Brenda Williams (Paul Duncan) and Deborah Ridling (Jimmy), all of Becker; two brothers, Paul Bolen (Peggy) of Meridian and Bob Bolen; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers.

Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
