Tara Rena Castro Miller, 43, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at her home. She was born February 26, 1982, to Kenneth Hilario Castro and Janet Michelle Kennedy. Tara loved art, music, crafts, and drawing. She was an avid podcast listener and loved sleeping.
She is survived by her three children, Megan Rena Byrd, Ashton Cole Miller, and Jada Michelle Miller; two sisters, Heather Gottsch and Holly Gottsch; and two brothers, Dakota Gottsch and Larry Tutor.
She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Hilario Castro; mother, Janet Michelle Gottsch; and grandparents, Jean and Joe Castro.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Lee Memorial Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow at 12:00 pm in the chapel. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
