Sue Allred, age 84, of Nettleton, passed away Monday, December 11, 2023 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born July 5, 1939 to Coker Eugene Scott and Veela Mae Scott. She was a member of Tupelo Freewill Baptist Church. She was a lover of the outdoors, you could find her many times working in her garden or flower garden. She enjoyed walks in the woods to see and care for wild animals. She enjoyed caring for her hummingbirds that would visit. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her great grandbabies.
She is survived by her daughter, Buffy Baldwyn (Marlon) of Tupelo; son, Ron Allred of Biddeford, ME; grandchildren, Cameron Bryant Baldwyn (Allyson Cobb) of Saltillo and Blake Baldwyn (Carrie) of Mooreville; great grandchildren, Bailey and Presley Baldwyn of Mooreville; and her granddog, Kris.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Allred; her parents; brothers, Bobby Scott, Billy Scott, and Claude Scott; sister, Patricia Scott.
Memorial service will be at 1:00 pm Friday, December 15, 2023 at Lee Memorial Funeral Home with Bro Joe Dye officiating. Visitation will be hour prior to the service.  Inurnment will follow in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
