Steve "Doc" Kassner, 67, passed away Monday, November 14, 2022. He was born January 6, 1955, in Spokane, Washington to Reinhold and Lois Nelson Kassner. He served in the Washington National Guard. He was an accomplished electrician and had worked all over the United States. He was presently employed with K and K Systems as a lead Electrical Tech. He had been known to volunteer at soup kitchens and loved helping people, especially the homeless. He enjoyed traveling for work, working on electrical equipment, trips to visit his sisters and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be 1 PM Monday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will follow the service. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements,

He is survived by his four children, Stephanie Standing Rock (Travis) of McEwen, TN, Peter Kassner of McEwen, TN, Brett Kassner of Missoula, MT and Mitchell Kassner of Colorado Springs, CO; three sisters, Cheryl Lovlien (Mike) of Altura, MN, Jennifer Veselka of Spokane, WA and Sandy Miller of Bellflower, CA; six grandchildren, Leslie Standing Rock, Michael Standing Rock, Henry Standing Rock, Thea Standing Rock, Dylan Standing Rock and Persayus Standing Rock; one great-grandchild, Tridian Standing Rock.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
