Ruby Joyce Turner, 81, died Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at her home. She was born May 10, 1937, in Mantachie to Cairel and Bertha Sample Turner. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ. Ruby was a talented artist and master gardener. She was a loving companion, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her.

Services will be 2 PM Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Robert Kingsley officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

She is survived by her fiancé and longtime companion, Kenneth Orrick; her daughter, Kim Holcomb (Joy); her granddaughter, Brittney Holcomb (Michael); 4 great-grandchildren, Autumn, Jayden, Cameron and Savannah; one sister, Betty Kingsley (Robert); numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Wallace; 1 great-grandson, Cody McGuire; 4 brothers, Elbert, Gilbert, Calvin and Charlie Turner

Pallbearers will be Randy Kingsley, Terry Kingsley, James Turner, Danny Turner, Tracy Ray and Jerry Richey

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sanctuary Hospice PO Box 2177 Tupelo, MS 38803.

Visitation will be 1 – 2 Saturday.
