Rosa Bell Davis, 70, passed away on December 26, 2021, at Sanctuary Hospice House after a lengthy illness. She was born in Chickasaw County on December 31, 1950 to Johnny Frank and Maggie Jane Hamilton Wilson. She was a member of New Bethel Church in Plantersville and worked as a secretary at Houston Elementary School. She was an accomplished seamstress.

Services will be 1 PM Friday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jack Shelton officiating. Burial will follow in Lee Memorial Park.

She is survived by 2 sisters, Emma Bell Hatchett (Willie Floyd) of Houlka and Christella Herndon of Racine, WI; three brothers, Johnny Clevon Wilson (Beverly) of Memphis, TN, Connie Lee Wilson (Peggy) of Houlka and Warren Wilson of Shannon; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eugene Davis; 4 brothers, Jimmy Loyd Wilson, Sammy Frank Wilson, Fred Wilson and Willie G. Wilson; 4 sisters, Annielean Wilson, Vernell Wilson, Janie Wilson and Fay Herndon.

Pallbearers will be David Wilson, Warren Wilson, Elliott Dixon, Barry Dobbs, Adrian Rucker and Turell Davis.
