Raymond Joseph McMichael, 87, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in Tupelo.  He was born March 20, 1938, in Mobile, AL to J.J. McMichael and Edith Beekeeper McMichael. Raymond was a U.S. Air Force veteran, a pilot, and a retired Electronics Technician from the Federal Aviation Administration. He was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, the loving father of five children, and a cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. He enjoyed traveling and eating good food. He loved his dogs and was a lifelong fan of Alabama Football- ROLL TIDE! "Pappy" Was loved and will be deeply missed.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Gloria Jean McMichael; his daughter, Debra Jean McMichael; his parents, Edith and J.J.; and his brothers, Roland, Jimmy, and Robert McMichael.
