TupeloMary Katherine Price, 67, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2013 at her home after a brief illness. She was born September 25, 1946 in Double Springs, AL, the daughter of Hartford and Ruby Byram. A longtime resident of Tupelo, she was a homemaker and her life consisted of taking care of her children whom she loved dearly as well as her beloved dog, Sparky.

Services will be 1 pm Wednesday at the Lee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Dale Ford officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Survivors include her spouse and best friend, Paul Price of Tupelo; her three children, Donna Ethridge (Johnny), Daniel Pounders and Alicia Price, all of Tupelo; one brother, James Byram of Russellville, AL and a sister, Geraldine Bell of Belmont; and five grandchildren, Kayla and Myranda Kitchen, Madeline Pounders, Amanda Grimes and Kimberly Ethridge.

She was preceded in death by a son, Donald Vulen Pounders

Visitation will be 11 am until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
