Mrs. Mary Lou Brock, born January 15, 1932, passed away peacefully May 9, 2018.  She was known to be a hard worker and loved the outdoors.  Mary enjoyed her work at Abbotts Laboratories in Illinois.  After she retired, Mary and her husband, Reginald Brock, moved to Mooreville.  She enjoyed her retirement gardening vegetables and flowers.  Mary was a member of Ballardsville Baptist Church.  She was the mother of 8 children, 11 grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 PM Saturday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Panrzrino officiating.  Visitation will be 11 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.

Survivors include her daughters Diane Hudson and son-in-law Leighton Hudson, Linda Virgin, and Kim Green and son-in-law, Larry Green, and Jan Allred; her son, James Brock; sisters, Ruby Nichols and Dorothy Spigner; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 32 years, Reginald Brock; a daughter, Nadine Franks; 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
