Obituary

Marilyn Reed Greenhill, 78, passed away from her home at Traceway on April 17, 2023 after a lengthy illness. She was born December 15, 1944 in Tupelo to John Turner and Eloine Monaghan Reed. She graduated from Tupelo High School and from Cosmetology School. She was a Beautician and retired from LabCorp. She was a member of East Heights Baptist Church. She and Colin retired to Pickwick where they both loved camping and fishing. They enjoyed going to flea markets. Her greatest joy was being a wife, mother and grandmother and baking cakes for her family on their birthdays.

Services will be 2 PM Friday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Memorial Gardens of Hardin County in Savannah, TN. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

She is survived by her children, Connie Raye Peck (Roger) of Stanton, TN, Kim Lesikar of Tupelo and Kevin Greenhill (Andrea) of Hernando; one sister, Paula Bingham (Jimmy) of Tupelo; one brother, Ronald Reed (Dale) of Tupelo; 9 grandchildren, Will Ruff (Michelle), Adam Ruff (Kayla), Andrea Ashworth (Nate), Sydney Raye Lesikar, Chloe Greenhill, Savanna Greenhill, Hayden Greenhill, Camden Greenhill and Liam Greenhill; 5 great-grandchildren, Ivy Marie Ruff, Jordyn Raye Ruff, Nathan Lesikar, Hunter Ashworth and Brooke Ashworth; 1 great-great-grandchild, Camryn Lesikar; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Colin Greenhill.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons.

Visitation will be 12- 2 Friday.
