Neil Marshall, age 83 of Belden, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born in Ohio on September 22, 1939 to Elbert Marshall and Margaret Purdin Marshall. He served in the US Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller for 20 years. After retirement from the Air Force he began a new career as a caterer with Northwest Airlines where he also retired. He was a member of Verona Church of Christ. He was a true outdoorsman; enjoying fishing, camping, and gardening.

He is survived by two children, Pamela Steward (Jim) of Henderson, TN and Kieth Marshall (Melissa) of Southaven; two sisters, Carol Massey of Ohio and Kate Conway of Michigan; six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Marshall; his parents; brother, John Marshall; and sister, Sharon Hoffer.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Lee Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Cox officiating. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
