Obituary

Fulton - Joseph Lee, 71, died Sunday, April 5, 2009 at his residence after a brief illness. He was born January 13, 1938 in Cushing, OK to Ephrian and Lucille Lee. He served in the United States Air Force and was a clerk for the Postal Service for over 28 years. He was a huge University of Oklahoma fan and enjoyed chess and football. He was a Baptist.Services will be 2 PM Thursday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park.Survivors include his wife, Anita Lee of Fulton; five sons, Anthony (Jessica) Lee, Joseph Lee, Jr., Andrew Lee all of Fulton, Danny (Karen) Lee of Bristow, OK and Michael Lee of Oklahoma City, OK; two sisters, Louise Wilson and Marie Deford both of Midwest City, OK; three brothers, Robert (Helen) Lee of Missouri, Hubert Lee of Oklahoma City, OK and Venus (Shelia) Lee of Midwest City, OK; his mother-in-law, Margaret Free of Tupelo; four grandchildren, Nathan Lee, Trinity Lee both of Fulton, Tashia Lee Of Kendrick,OK and Trisha Duncan of Stillwater, OK; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Drew Lee; a sister, Wanda Cable; a brother, James Lee and his father-in-law, Charles Free.Pallbearers will be Chris Ozbirn, Eric Ozbirn, Timothy Ozbirn, Chuck Free, Brian Moore and Tyler Sweeney.Visitation will be 5 - 8 Wednesday.click here.
