Joan Cotham, 91, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Sanctuary Hospice House.  She was born in Lee County on January 12, 1934, to Noonan and Winnie Sheffield Riley.  She was a homemaker and a member of Auburn Baptist Church.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 3, 2025, at Dorsey Cemetery.  Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Joan is survived by her two sons, Kirk Cotham (Jenni) and Craig Cotham; two grandsons, Grady Cotham and Spencer Cotham; as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Louis  Cotham; and ten siblings.
