CENTER HILL - Jean Terry, 82, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born March 26, 1931, in Springdale, Pa., to William and Hazel Brunner. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and the owner of Mother Goose Nursery. She enjoyed reading, working in her flower beds and spending time with her family.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Danny Wilburn officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

She is survived by her husband, Fieldon Terry of Center Hill; two daughters, Diane Williams (Danny) of Belden and Janet Rhynes (David) of Baldwyn; two sons, Clyde McDowell (Ronda) of New Harmony and Junior Terry (Kathy) of Center Hill; one sister, Betty Greenwall and one brother, Jerry Brunner (Patty), all of Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Dennis McDowell; a daughter, Jeanette Milton; and a granddaughter, Gwen Milton.
