Helen "Frog" Hall, 93, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025, from her residence in Shearer Richardson Nursing Home. She was born in Tupelo on January 8, 1932 in Tupelo to Norman and Hattie Rogers McMurry.  She was a homemaker and along with her husband, they operated a dairy farm. She was a Baptist. She loved sitting on her porch visiting with family and friends and shelling peas. She loved taking care of her family.

Services will be 3 PM Sunday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with her grandson, Bro. David Hall, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

She is survived by her son, DJ Hall (Darlene Janway) of Gatlinburg, TN; seven grandchildren, Brianna Hall, Daniel Hall, John Joseph, Rocky Hall (Shanda), David Hall, Jr. (Glenda), Kimberly Watson (Joe) and Kenny Hall (Summer); five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband John Albert Hall; three children, David Hall, Sr., Peggy Moffit and DeDee Whittington; one grandson, Terry Piggot; three brothers, John McMurry, O'Neil McMurry and Buck McMurry; four sisters, Martha McCarty, Dale Coker, Christine Taylor and Earline Goggins.

Visitation will be 2 – 3 Sunday.
