Geneva B. Howell, 90, passed away April 2, 2018, after a lengthy illness.  She was born in Lee County May 2, 1927, the daughter of Tom and Jessie Graham Brown.  Geneva worked in the garment industry as a seamstress for many years.  She was a member of East Heights Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandkids.

Services will be 12 Noon Wednesday, April 4, at the Lee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Terry Ledbetter officiating.  Burial will be in Houghton Memorial Cemetery at Amory.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.  Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Geneva is survived by two grandsons, Rocky Howell (Kacy) of Pontotoc and Joseph Howell (Heather) of Baldwyn; four great-grandchildren, Bo and Brody Howell and Kingston and Reese Howell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Earl Howell and a son, Alan Howell.
