He attended Tupelo Christian Preparatory School and Tupelo High School where he played in the band. As a middle school student he enjoyed playing basketball but soon discovered his love of music was greater. Working for Native Son Farms, he found what he described as a time of great personal fulfillment and happiness. He was accepted into North Carolina Coastal Community College and planned to transfer to a major university in North Carolina to complete a B.A. in Percussion. We all will miss his handsome smile.
