Pensacola, Fla.--Dale Wiygul Spradling entered eternity on Feb. 10, 2013. She was born April 25, 1927 in Shannon, to James and Minnie Wiygul. From childhood her life was always centered around her family, her faith as a Christian and service in her church. She was valedictorian of her graduating class of 1945. She loved to garden, sew, quilt and decorate. She lived most of her life in Tupelo, serving at Wesley Methodist Church. After moving to Pensacola, Fl. in 1997, she served at 1st Assembly of God Church. There she fed and ministered to the homeless and served as a greeter. Her family and friends know the world was a better place because she lived here for 85 years and they will love and miss her always.
Services will be 12 p.m. Saturday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Lee Memorial Park.
She is survived by her two daughters, Lisa Simms (Greg) and Gayle Rodriguez (Joshua); her grandchildren, Monty Spencer, Heath Spencer, Heatherly Cabral, Jonathan Spencer, Paige Spencer, Andrew Spencer, Marshall Simms, Grace Simms; a brother Dan Wiygul; and six great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her parents; two brothers, James Roy Wiygul, and John Wiygul.
Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
