Cathy Hill, 66, died Friday, June 14, 2019, at Sanctuary Hospice House after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Amory on December 10, 1952, to Delmer and Mary Muse Johnson. She was a longtime employee of North MS Medical Center for over 36 years where she retired as their purchasing agent. She was a member of East Mt Zion Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and vacationing.

Services will be 11 AM Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at East Mt Zion Baptist Church with Bro. Bill Adams officiating. A private family burial will be in Pratts Cemetery. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry D. Hill of Baldwyn; three sons, Sgt. Adam Hill (Christy) of El Paso, TX, Joey Sullivan-Hill and Josh Sullivan-Hill both of Mooreville; her mother, Mary (Billie Jean) Johnson Kimble and step-father Johnnie Kimble of Nettleton; two grandsons, William Hill and Sean Hill of el Paso, TX; two sisters, Debbie Grisham (Jimmy) of New Albany and Sheryl Lindsey (Anthony) of Mooreville; two brothers, Randell Johnson (Tammie) of Winfield, Al and Ronnie Johnson (Sharon) of Houston; one step-sister, Wanda Horton (Gary) of Shannon and one step-brother, Mike Kimble (Reba) of Tremont; her former mother-in-law, Helen Brann of Fulton; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Delmer Johnson; her first husband, Joe Sullivan; one son, Brad Sullivan and a grandson, Adrian Hill.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Grisham, Jason Farris, Rob McCoy, Dustin Freeman, Michael Minor and Devin Johnson.

Visitation will be 5 – 8 Monday at the church.

Memorials may be made to the Sanctuary Hospice House.
