Carrol Ann Fort, 75, of Plantersville, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021. She was born October 31, 1946 to Harry B. Fort and Mildred Addie Lee Taylor Fort. She was known to all as being a strong willed woman with a heart of gold. She had a lot of love for her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and all of her extended family.

Memorial service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Lee Memorial Funeral Home with Dr. Lee E. Brand Jr. officiating. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

She is survived by her children, Terri Bauer of Plantersville and Kenneth Nash (Tina) of Mountain View, NC; daughter-in-law, Renee Nash Lewis; grandchildren, Bethany Nicole Hillard, Tevin Devon Bauer (Nishia Barr), Isaiah Nash, Joshua Lee Paul Nash, Kayla Dawn Morton, Keaton Deshon Cager, and Kale Nash; great grandchildren, Nicole Kenley Malone, Ava Kay Malone, Riley Anne Nash, and Zoey Arionna Bauer; sister, Sandra Fort Jackson Brand (Lee Earnest Sr.); nieces and nephews, Janet Berg, Neil Berg, Wayne Jackson, Cathy Jackson, and Lee Brand Jr.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Richard Nash Jr.; one sister, Rena Elaine Fort; one brother, Rene Fort; and one nephew, Rene Jackson.
