Carolyn Calloway, 83, died Tuesday, August 14, 2018, at the Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born January 23, 1935, in Saltillo to Fletcher and Trannie Bynum Gardner. She worked many years at Rockwell International and retired from Tupelo Manufacturing. She was a longtime member of Springhill Presbyterian Church and a member of The Order of The Eastern Star for 65 years.

Services are private to the family. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Richard Calloway of Tupelo; two daughters, Nancy Calloway and Neida C. Rankenburg of Marietta, GA; one grandson, Gunther Blake Rankenburg of Marietta, GA; one sister, Jean Maynard of Belden; her in-laws, Dexter and Bunny Calloway of Furrs, Clara Jaggers and Shirley Calloway both of Pontotoc; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, F.C. Gardner, Jr.

Memorials may be made to Sanctuary Hospice House.

Visitation will be 5 - 7 Wednesday, August 15, 2018.
