ShannonBobby Joe Harlow, 61, passed away Monday, March 28, 2016 at his home after an extended illness. He was born in Lee County on January 30, 1955 to Dooley and Lounell Hood Harlow. He worked in construction as an electrician. Bobby Joe enjoyed hunting, fishing, and sitting on his porch having a good time with his friends and family.

A Memorial Service celebrating Bobby Joe's life will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Lee Memorial Chapel with Bro. Billy Wayne Henderson officiating. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation will be 1-4 p.m.

He is survived by 2 brothers, Ray Harlow (Debbie) of Shannon, J. D. Harlow (Alice) of Mooreville; a sister, Ann Repult (Bobby) of Mantachie; a special niece, Chelsea Harlow; his good friend, Randle Baswell who was always there to lend a hand; and many other nieces, nephews and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Sammy, Larry, and Edward; his sister, Sandra; and good friend, Robert Baswell.
