Billy Moreland
Upland, CA - Billy Moreland, 78, died Monday, December 9, 2013 at his home after a six month battle with leukemia. He was born August 2, 1935 in Tupelo to Archie and Ella Moreland. He moved to Upland, CA in 1977 where he owned a Construction company for the past 36 years.
Services will be at 2 PM Sunday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
He is survived by his daughter, Cindy Moreland Brodowski (John) of Greenville; one grandson, Rhett Hobart of Greenville; a brother, Archie Moreland of Tupelo and Cindy's mother, Dot Anthony Brooks of Greenville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Charles and Dewey Moreland; three sisters, Nell Henderson, Zell Couch and Bonnie Harrison.
Visitation will be at 1 PM prior to the service at 2 PM.
