Mr. William "Bill" Threlkeld, 87, of Shannon, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at the North MS Medical Center Hospice. He was born in New York City, NY on August 12, 1938 to Francis Marion Threlkeld and Mary Young Threlkeld. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1955- 1959 as a jet engine mechanic. He was a gun enthusiast was extremely proud of his grandson who followed in his footsteps as he is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps. He was a longtime over the road truck driver and retired from Action Industry.
He is survived by his son, Kurt Threlkeld of Shannon; his daughter, Beverly Threlkeld; and his grandson Cade Threlkeld of Twentynine Palms, CA.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ashley Threlkeld.
