TUPELO - Elizabeth Ann Lamb, 68, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born in Tupelo on Jan. 29, 1943, to Sidney and Alvie Finney. She was a seamstress at Reed's Manufacturing Company for many years and attended Second Baptist Church and Southern Heights Baptist Church. She was a loving mother who enjoyed cooking, baking and taking walks. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially during her favorite time of the year, Christmas.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Henry officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park.
Survivors include two daughters, Janie Lofton (Jerry) of Tupelo and Jennifer Lamb of Beaumont, Calif.; three sons, David Lamb (Pam) of Baldwyn, Daniel Lamb and Nathaniel Lamb, both of Tupelo; one sister, Myra Gray of Saltillo; her stepfather, James Lyons of Saltillo; one stepbrother, Shelby Lyons (Evelyn) of Saltillo; four grandchildren, Victoria Kelly, Mary Elizabeth Williams, Steven Lofton and Randy Lofton; and seven great-grandchildren, Shelby Lofton, Cameron Lofton, Sam Lofton, Micheal Kendall, Cassity Kendall, Makenzee Kendall and Sky Kendall.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe Lamb; and a sister, Geraldine Hutcheson.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Lofton, Steven Lofton, Randy Lofton, Jamie Williams, Charles Shurden and Robert Owings.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. today.
