Mantachie--Mrs. Alice Wallace Faulkner, 82, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo after a lengthy illness. She was born in Mantachie May 26, 1934 to Edgar and Lela Bell Wallace. Alice was a graduate of Itawamba High School and worked as a seamstress. She enjoyed working in her flowers and collecting antique glass. She was a member of Skyline Baptist Church and loved talking with people about the Lord. She loved everyone she met and especially loved her grandkids.

Graveside services will be 2 PM Monday at Andrews Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Castor Buse officiating. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Alice leaves behind her husband of 58 years, Donald Faulkner; 2 sons, Richard Faulkner and Mike Faulkner; and a sister, Joan Stone; 2 grandchildren, Donny and Brandy Faulkner.

Visitation will be 5-8 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
